Following the trend of downtown resurgence and revitalization, the town’s Main Street area is coming back to life. At the center of the revitalization is the renovation of a two-story 1920s building – a former pawn shop. The 24,000 sq. ft. space was developed for mixed-use, with four retail spaces planned for the ground level and ten apartment spaces on the second story.
