About the Project
Ross Group constructed a new 7,278 sq. ft. health office building to serve the local community in Perkins, Oklahoma. The facility includes an entrance vestibule, waiting room, pharmacy, multiple exam rooms, nurse stations, conference rooms, offices, break room, x-ray room and dark room, restrooms, lab areas, and a pharmacy.

Scopes of work included site work, utilities, concrete, structural steel including heavy and light gauge, PEMB, EIFS with cultured stone wainscot, standing seam metal roof, interior finishes, and all associated building systems.

Additionally, Ross Group remodeled the fitness center in the White Cloud Office Building in two phases. The first phase updated the offices in just a 60-day period; the second phase provided the fitness center installation, including an exercise area and lap pool.
