About the Project
Ross Group managed the ground-up construction of the new design-build, 28,000 sq. ft, two-story Consolidated Learning Center, which serves as a centralized community support facility for the local community. The education center, library, and professional enhancement center include administrative spaces, offices, classrooms, a media center/library, multipurpose spaces, storage, restrooms, and a lobby with common areas interconnected by corridors.
This facility consolidated important support functions into one building allowing three separate, but integrated, organizations to function cohesively, increasing efficiency for users and the community. The facility was designed to be visually compatible with the surrounding buildings by using similar exterior materials.
