Following a certified historical renovation process, the 1930s building was transformed into a single-tenant, professional office space for Ross Group’s headquarters in downtown Tulsa. The 37,000 sq. ft. brick warehouse now boasts a modern industrial vibe and gives nods to the building’s history by way of preserved architectural features, art work, and color scheme. The office features a large, open work space, entry lobby in the former showroom area, 16 conference rooms with glass walls and doors, an open kitchen, two break areas, a workout space, and shower/locker rooms.
