About the Project
Following the trend of downtown resurgence and revitalization, the town’s Main Street area is coming back to life. At the center of the revitalization is the renovation of a two-story 1920s building – a former pawn shop. The 24,000 sq. ft. space was developed for mixed-use, with four retail spaces located on the ground level and ten apartment spaces on the second story.
