About the Project

The project encompassed the demolition and renovation of 11,104 sq. ft. of interior spaces to house student services. The renovation provided upgraded technology systems, new restrooms, offices, conference rooms, waiting areas, storage rooms, and receiving rooms.

The project incorporated the tribal heritage and culture through its vibrant colors and finishes. A specific challenge included removing and relocating three fixed hand-painted murals within the facility. Using internal coordination, the project team constructed a custom dolly to balance and transport the murals to their new installation locations.
