About the Project
Ross Group constructed a new, six-story office building in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma that provides 107,068 sq. ft. of mixed-use space, including a corporate headquarters for Vast Bank and offices for other professional services. Due to the size of the facility and the tight space for the building laydown area, this CMAR project was highly complex, requiring extensive coordination between Ross Group, our sub-consultants and trade partners, the client, and the City of Tulsa.
This project was completed as part of a larger, $74 million master plan that also included a new hotel and parking structure, as well as required existing overhead powerlines to be relocated underground.
